What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When you submit a contact form or enquiry on our website or other third part platforms (such as Facebook) we may collect the following information:
- Your name
- Basic contact information including phone number and/or email address
- Demographic information such as full address or simply your postcode
- Information relevant to your home improvement project, survey requirements and/or response to specific offers
We use this data to conduct our day to day business, for instance to contact you and book a site survey, send you more information on our services or indeed a send you a bespoke quote. How we process this data is detailed below;
- Internal record keeping.
- Improve our customer service, products and service.
- We may also periodically send emails containing your quotes, information on products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided.
Contact forms on this website and other 3rd party sites (such as Facebook) are optional, if you do not wish us to have your data please do not submit a form. The forms are designed to collect information about yourself and your project so that we may optimise our response and contact yourself with a view to helping you.
If at any time you wish us to stop contacting you please do let us know, although in normal instances should you decide not to proceed with a project and have explicitly told us this we will naturally stop contacting you and remove your data from our database after a predetermined time.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

We then know which source to attribute that visit from, we use this data to improve our marketing. We do not share any personal information or information about individual user activities with these third party entities.

How long we retain your data
If you submit an enquiry on the website (by email or contact form) we will store the personal information you provide. We retain that data as long as we need to in order to conclude our business with you. Should you wish us to delete your date please simply request this.
What rights you have over your data
If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
Where we send your data
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service. All other data is stored within our database secured on data servers based in Britain or the EU.
